One religious leader (who was not a Christian nor was he representing Christianity) said that God was holding off on natural disasters so that people would sin more and seal their tickets to Hell. His messages in the past were lacking on the science front, but it must be noted that as a religious leader, those who sit under his teachings take his words seriously. His religion has some respect for some of the people in the Christian Bible, but they would not accept the Christian Bible as it is written to be true. Nor would they accept the following verse:

2 Peter 3:9, “9The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

Two opposite statements, from two leaders of two religions who don’t really have much of anything in common. People from every side will tell you that both of us actually believe in the same deity. From what I know of my own God and what I’ve heard of theirs, they couldn’t be more opposite. It’s up to us to get the word out though, He wants everyone to come to repentance, reguardless of their cultural origins or present religion. All we must do is deliver the message of hope, God will take over from there.

...Anyway, that's just how I feel about it ... What do you think?
